Vista Advisory Partners, as part of a consortium, supported the Lagos State PPP Office in the development of the proposed 120-bed Medipark Specialist Hospital in Lagos. Acting as Owner’s Engineer, Vista provided comprehensive technical and commercial oversight throughout the project lifecycle — from prequalification and bid evaluation to contract structuring and implementation monitoring.

Vista’s role was instrumental in ensuring that the hospital’s design and execution aligned with international healthcare standards, while maintaining a strong balance between financial viability and public service objectives.

Through this engagement, Vista Advisory Partners helped advance one of Lagos State’s most ambitious healthcare infrastructure initiatives — a landmark project that demonstrates the effectiveness of well-structured public–private partnerships (PPPs) in delivering critical social infrastructure.
