Project Description:

Vista Advisory Partners served as Owner’s Engineer for the 6.5MW PIPP Independent Power Project in Lagos — a flagship distributed energy initiative aimed at enhancing power reliability across key urban districts.

The project comprised a gas-fired power plant, a 25km underground distribution network, and extensive public lighting infrastructure designed to serve major government facilities and water corporation assets within the Lekki, Victoria Island, and Ikoyi axis.

Vista provided comprehensive project management, design review, and quality assurance services, ensuring that all phases of the project met international technical and safety standards.

Through its oversight, Vista helped deliver one of Lagos State’s landmark distributed energy projects, which has since been successfully integrated into Viathan Engineering Limited’s broader power portfolio, strengthening the city’s embedded power infrastructure.
