Habeeb’s versatile expertise extends to a wide array of responsibilities, encompassing debt and equity capital market transactions, greenfield financing, asset and equipment financing, debt restructuring and refinancing, capital raising, and public-private partnership (PPP) financing, among other multifaceted tasks.
He has also played a pivotal role in advisory, financing, and joint venture mandates for companies such as Limited, Destiny Dredging International (the largest dredging company in Nigeria by fleet size), Plycon Limited, Eastline Development Limited, PIPP LVI Genco Limited (a captive power producer based in Lekki), and Petra Trust (a Ghanaian-based pension fund company), among others.
He currently sits as a co-founder, board member and Group CEO of Viathan Engineering Limited (a pioneer integrated energy services solutions company in Nigeria). He’s passionate about applying energy and technology to industrialize Africa.
